Welcome to ParodyBots.AI, a chatbot platform offering satirical and comedic AI experiences based on fictional characters inspired by popular TV shows and movies. By using this service, you agree to the following:

ParodyBots.AI is a subscription-based parody service for entertainment purposes only. We provide users with access to AI-generated dialogue simulating fictional, satirical characters (“parody personas”). Some tiers include access to a “Break Character” mode, which allows interaction with AI personas based on the original characters.

2. Parody & Fair Use

ParodyBots.AI operates under Fair Use doctrine (U.S. Copyright Act §107) for commentary, satire, and transformative use. All characters are fan-made parodies and not affiliated, endorsed, or licensed by any original rights holders.

3. Memberships & Access

ParodyBots.AI offers four tiers:

  • Free: Limited access; minimal features.
  • Pro, Pro Plus, Premiere: Paid memberships with increased API credits, saved chats, and access to “Break Character” mode.

All payments are processed via PayPal Express and handled through Paid Memberships Pro on WordPress.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the usage-based consumption of API credits, all purchases and membership fees are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact support, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

5. Content & Usage

  • You may not use the service for any illegal, harassing, or exploitative purposes.
  • AI outputs may contain errors or unintended content. Use discretion and report anything inappropriate.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape conversations from the platform.

6. AI Disclaimer

All responses generated on ParodyBots.AI are created by artificial intelligence systems for entertainment purposes only. These responses are:

  • Fictional and not intended as factual advice,
  • Generated from parody personas and may contain satirical, exaggerated, or humorous content that does not reflect real people or events.

Do not rely on any content for legal, medical, financial, or factual decision-making.

Break Character Mode Disclaimer

Some membership tiers include a feature called “Break Character Mode,” which allows users to interact with AI personas inspired by popular fictional characters as they appear in original media. These simulations are:

  • Not affiliated with or approved by any original creators or rights holders,
  • Intended for fan-based commentary and entertainment, not commercial exploitation.
